Crafting the Post-Pandemic Office

With the pandemic now well into its third year, nearly all markets in Asia Pacific have adopted a policy of living with COVID-19. Companies are displaying a clear shift towards embracing real estate strategies that recognise this trend, with the most significant policies being the adoption of flexible work and the conception of new workplace policies to facilitate this change.

Recent CBRE Research shows a strong consensus among occupiers in Asia Pacific that the development of agile portfolios and real estate strategies needs to be prioritised as flexible working patterns become the norm. Other areas of focus include strengthening workplace health and wellness.

Join us as we delve deeper into the major trends shaping the office sector in Asia Pacific and the key features of post-pandemic real estate strategies, at our RE Chatter Speaker Series. The virtual event will start with a brief overview presented by CBRE Research, followed by an interactive 45-minute fireside discussion with our partners.
