The situation of COVID-19 in Q3 2021 was still severe and greatly impacted both consumption and production. Even so, The Bank of Thailand (BoT) maintained their forecast  GDP growth for 2021 to expand at 0.7%. In September 2021, the BoT committee unanimously voted to maintain the policy rate at 0.50%. 

There were three major land transactions. The first land acquisition was between AIA Co., Ltd and Ratchada Business District Co., Ltd on an 8-0-86.3 rai land plot in Ratchada, Bangkok for THB 3.28 billion. The second transaction was made by Sansiri PCL acquiring 1-1-55 rai of land located in Pradipat 23 at the price of THB 61 million. The third land transaction was made by Sonic Interfreight PCL on a 33-1-99 rai land plot in Sriracha, Chonburi at the price of THB 116.4 million.

There were two property transactions in Q3 2021. The first transaction was between Prakit Holdings PCL and Seven Utilities PCL. Prakit Holdings acquired an 8-storey office building in Sukhumvit 62 for THB 223 million. The second transaction was between Sena Development PCL and Pataranan Asset Co., Ltd. Sena Development acquired the project Hype Sathorn-Thonburi via a shares acquisition for a total value of THB 385 million.
