QUARTERLY HIGHLIGHTS

‒  As of Q3 2022, the total office supply in Bangkok was 9,518,388 square meters, a small increase of 0.5% Q-o-Q from three new buildings, mostly offset by some building closures.

‒  The new supply buildings in Q3 2022 are Silom Edge in Silom area, S-Oasis in Vibhavadi-Rangsit area and True Digital Park Phase 2 in Sukhumvit 101 area.

‒  Based on what has been publicly announced, there are 1,135,171 square meters of office space under construction and scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.

‒  The net take-up in Q3 2022 was negative 7,711 square meters, in contrast to the previous quarter’s positive net take up of 40,107 square meters.

‒  The total occupied space in Q3 2022 was recorded at 8,199,952 square meters, with an overall occupancy rate of 86.1%, declining 0.6 percentage points from the previous quarter.
