QUARTERLY HIGHLIGHTS

‒   As of Q1 2022, the total office supply in Bangkok was 9,486,990 square meters, a slight decrease of 0.1% Q-o-Q, due to adjustments of net lettable area in some buildings, as well as some building closures, but an increase of 2.5% Y-o-Y due to new supply completions throughout 2021.

‒   Based on what has been publicly announced, there are 1,033,396 square meters of office space under construction scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.

‒   The net take-up in Q1 2022 was negative 33,943 square meters, declining further from the previous quarter’s dip of 20,102 square meters, statistically a drop of 68.8% Q-o-Q and 44.3% Y-o-Y.

‒   The total occupied space in Q1 2022 was recorded at 8,208,681 square meters, with an overall occupancy rate of 86.5%, declining 0.4 percentage points from the previous quarter and 3.6 percentage points from the same period last year.
