Gordon Reynolds

Gordon Reynolds is a Senior Managing Director for CBRE’s real estate investment banking business, CBRE Capital Advisors, Inc. Mr. Reynolds focuses on M&A advisory and private financings for both public and private operating companies, specializing in entity-level and joint venture structuring across all real estate strategies and asset classes. He joined CBRE Capital Advisors in June 2017 and brings to the CBRE Capital Advisors platform significant advisory expertise in capital raising and structuring, investing, management, and strategic alternatives. Having accumulated over 20 years of real estate experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, and management, Mr. Reynolds has completed transactions valued at over $18 billion in total consideration throughout the course of his career.

Prior to joining CBRE Capital Advisors, Mr. Reynolds was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Stifel where he led the real estate private equity effort specializing in M&A Advisory and private financings for a range of clients including public REITs, public REOC’s, private equity funds, and prominent private companies.
